F 150 recall requirement

I had to turn in two vehicles for maintenance, one to FORD (F150) and one to Chevrolet (Suburban). Both provided great experiences. THe Chevy dealership provided a loaner for the recall, which greatly helped in managing my active family life. I was initially disappointed with the lack of a loaner authorized but due to the POC's (Everett Bradshaw) demeanor and professionalism I am satisfied and will reccomend FORD service in the future to my friends.
