I stopped by mid day at the used lot in Augusta & saw a red F-250 & John offered to let me take it out for a test drive & I did. I checked it out & it was really clean & we'll taken care of. Discussed trade in of two other trucks that I have. John did a credit check & called back on cell phone & told me I was approved. Cam back to dealership a little after 4 & decided to buy the truck with no trade in & sell one of my trucks privately & refinance the loan. All of the staff were cordial & professional. They stayed till after 5:30 to complete the transaction even though the dealership closed at 5. I have received an email & text from John checking on my new purchase. I had some difficulty syncing my phone with the radio & they were able to assist me with it. It was a really enjoyable experience & will definitely return for another vehicle.
