I have been a customer since February 2008 and have found the new personnel to be very accommodating and friendly. The service staff is very helpful and explain every repair my car may need. The appointment system they use makes it very easy, and the service drive is a great concept. The service consultant walks around my car and lets me know if I have any issues. Every repair to my car was finished on time, within the estimate, and my car was washed. The whole facility is very modern and the business center is a nice touch.
