Friendly, No Pressure

onI avoid car shopping because I don't like the process. I was pleasantly surprised at Quantrell Subaru because I felt no pressure and the sales person spent an entire afternoon letting me drive four cars and answering my questions. I went home and rechecked the information online (trust, but verify) and printed estimates of average new car prices with dealer discounts. When I went back to buy a different car in their inventory, they let me take another extended test drive. When I asked about discounts their price nearly matched the estimate I found online (they have internet also). I was happy with the result and I am sure they still made a profit for their work. After the sale they included an extensive new owner check out with the vehicle which I appreciated since a lot has changed since 1995 and there are many new features. In a few weeks there will be an optional refresher course that I will probably take them up on both to receive the gas card and I may have some questions by then. All in all this process was far better than my past experiences with car dealerships.
