Outstanding Service and Professionalism at Beck

The personnel at Beck (sales manager Elmer James, sales professional Mike Luckett, and finance manager Derek Kemmerlin) were excellent. I had shopped at other dealers and did not receive the same polite, professional, and service-oriented experience. I was able to get a good deal on a 2017 Highlander and I'm very happy with the purchase and the experience, overall. Elmer was a pleasure to negotiate/deal with, and Mike is a caring, helpful, and kind sales professional. I had an issue with the back hatch the day I brought it home and he drove to my house to help me with it. That's excellent service! He also showed me all the features of my car before I left the lot and went to my trade-in car to gather a few things I mistakenly left.
