I was cautious at first after reading some old reviews I found online, but those must have been isolated incidents. I stopped in on a whim the other day while driving by because of the sheer magnitude of their inventory. It was incredible. They had every model, in almost every color, right there on the lot. While I was looking at a few cars, a salesman walked up and actually introduced himself with a handshake and a smile. After a few questions, he walked me right to a car that actually fit all my interests. We took it for a spin, and he didn't hound me with a ton of questions while we were driving around, talk about refreshing. There was no pressure what so ever. When we got back, we went inside and went over all the numbers. The salesman and manager laid everything out for me right there in black and white. No bickering, no hidden costs, it was all right there. The finance process was just as simple. In and out, and I was down the road in my new car. They even had it detailed and full tank of gas while I was signing the paperwork. Since then I've received a thank you letter and even a follow up call. These guys are true professionals. When someone I know is looking for a car, I won't hesitate to send them Tom Naquin's way.
