We bought a 2014 Outback in 2013 and added a 2017 Crosstrek in May 2017. The Outback was purchased as a walk in customer. We went the Costco route on the Crosstrek. In both cases we were pleased with the experience and our sales consultant, Mary Lucas. He is very knowledgeable regarding the vehicles and handled all the necessary transaction with professionalism. He made the Costco program a breeze. I would highly recommend this dealership and Marty Lucas.
