poor dealership attitude

Entered dealership with wife after exchanging emails with dealership. There was a reception desk with two people chatting. A salesman walked by and stared at us. They completely ignored us even though there was no other potential customers. We walked around for 5 minutes and looked at some models on display and left. Went across the street to the Mercedes Benz dealer and it was a completely different atmosphere with people greeting us as we entered. Guess who got our business?
