Once you go here your car will never be the same

Once you take your car here you better have a second one to drive. They will have it for days without doing anything to it. They wont call you and when you call them you will get the run a round. Their receptionist is rude. Their mechanics dont deserve to be called technicians, their diagnostic skills are very poor, nothing more than parts replacers. I took my car in for a simple service and have had nothing but problems ever since, they told me they did one thing and my receipt says something totaly different. Had to take it back several times after a simple oil change and one warranty repair. They will try and not give you a receipt when warranty work is done, then they bill Ford for repairs that weren't even done. I can't go into specific details at this time because of a pending lawsuit that I'm filing against them. I can guarantee you that I will never be there again. I have also just convinced another person to buy his new truck somewhere else after he has witnessed what I have been going through with them.
