I bought my 3rd car two days ago. In October I bought 1 new and 1 pre-owned. Robb, sales person, was excellent. Not pushy to make the sales and he gave us his undivided attention plus answered any questions we had. Never complained when we asked to test drive more than one car. Whenever we came back he was also pleasant and ready to assist us. Emal, sales manager, always took the time to explain to us anything we didn't understand. Two days ago we went to buy a pre-owned car and ended up getting a brand new Lancer. The sales representation is excellent. Jose in Finance only offers you products that will give you more incentives without affecting the monthly payment. We are very happy with the service we received. If we get another car we will not hesitate to go back to Biggers Mitsubishi in Elgin. Just to add the Service department is also outstanding. I don't know why someone will go anywhere else. I highly recommend this dealership. You will get the price they tell you from the start and will work with you on the payment.
