Absolutely Brilliant

Absolutely brilliant this purchase of a game changing Mercedes CLA, was! Everything from my sales person, Fiorella Truslow, and her friendly, highly informative, disarming charming sales demeanor, to Richard P. as technology lead who can answer any question on any car, to Greg in finance, to Tiffany in Service, its a first rate team and operation... Better so when Critz Mercedes gave me fair trade in value on my BMW X5 4.6is, worked with me on the price of the CLA, and have done nothing but provide me with excellent service since purchase including getting me some extra carbon fibre accouterment bits to make the CLA that much more so... In all, highly recommended, and more so, much appreciated! Thanks Dale Critz Jr and your Critz Auto Group!
