Extreme disappointment with Customer Experience

onMy wife and I stopped at this dealership after a weekend of car shopping. Exasperated by the process, we were greeted by the staff of Legacy Ford with smiles and friendly service. We picked out a 2015 Explorer XLT with several of the higher-end features and decided to purchase the car. After spending our afternoon and the following morning at the dealership, we drove the car off the lot and back to our home. The following morning, we found a major issue with the car which we quickly brought to the dealer's attention. The dealer's response: complete dismissal and lack of ownership in our situation. While we're still covered under warranty for the issue (luckily), we've completely written off Legacy Ford and will never do business there again. Buyer, beware: this dealer will do everything to get your business, but will disavow you after you've left their finance office.
