Excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, and fast service. Salesman, Charlie R, met us in the parking lot and after being told we were looking to purchase a Miata with automatic transmission (sacrilege, I know). We drove the car we eventually bought for about 20 minutes on some winding roads in the Augusta area which convinced me there was not a whole lot of difference in the '06 Miata we were trading except the wife could now drive it! My wife and I agreed that there was absolutely no high pressure sales hype from either the salesman or sales manager and the salesman did not have to go back and forth to the sales manager. Trade in allowance for the '06 Miata was a tad bit more than I expected after reviewing the NADA and Edmunds estimates for the area and our vehicle. We had recently purchased a 2014 Mazda CX-9 from Gerald Jones and have been very satisfied with it. I am also pleased with the service department at the dealership for its quick, friendly service. I know auto repairs, etc. can be frightening, but they do a good job in softening the blow! I will continue to deal with all parts of the dealership in the future.
