Lady Q, Ms. Quiowa, made our car buying experience more like buying from a friend than a sales person. She never tried to upsell us on something that we didn't ask for although her management tried it. She listened to us,, which is quite rare for car sales persons. The finance team were trying to pull the old "the bank won't finance a car with that many miles so you need to look at something newer" switcheroo. She knew what we were working with and what plans we have for our family. Q said the right thing to push this through and get approved so that we would remain in our budget and not get into something way too expensive. We appreciate that and we appreciate her. This woman has now been added to my cell phone rollerdeck and I will certainly refer this joyful woman to others. I plan on returning to her soon. \ Thanks , Q. You are one of a true kind.
