Worst place ever to have service on a vehicle.

I bought my 2017 F-150 new from Fairway Ford And I was guaranteed and promised that whenever I came in for service I could receive a complimentary wash and vacuum with service. Well that is a complete and utter lie! I have had several service appointments as well as having seat cushion bag replaced in a brand new vehicle, each time I asked for a wash and vacuum but all I received was weak excuses of lack of personnel to perform service or they forgot and will get me next time. I spent enough money for a new truck and all I get in return is horrible service. What a horrible place for service. I will seek other alternatives where customer care is a real thing.
