Tim has been one of the best representatives of Audi I've had the pleasure to do business with. Tim is very knowledgeable about all the specific technological features in the Audi S4 and because of that I feel as informed. Although my vehicle was purchased from Audi Atlanta, I feel confident with the level of service I will receive from Gwinnett Audi in the future. Bad customer service can be a deal breaker but with Brand Specialist like Tim you will definitely feel appreciated and make an informed buying decision.
