Audi Gwinnett

I had the 15k service performed on my Audi A4 Avant. This is the 2nd Avant I have owned and a great car.The cost of the service visit seemed a bit expensive and I noticed that the labor rate was 110./hr. I guess this is average for a dealer. Regardless of the price, the service was performed as stated and agreed, was completed on time, vehicle was washed and ready to go when I arrived to pick up the car. No hidden charges and they applied the 10% discount coupon. The service writers were courteous, amiable, and interested in my satisfaction as a customer. Furthermore, they provided a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced. I would recommend them. Thanks guys...
