onPreviously had a negative expierence even left a negative facebook review. I couldnt leave a review again so I chose to leave it here. Brian went above and beyond. When I got there Jasmine checked me in and she said I had a couple oil changed I had payed extra for not used but I could not go back and use something I payed extra for. Brian made sure I knew he was handling my service and came after she checked me in and asked if I needed anything to drink. I was good and waiting on someone to pick me up to take me back to work. Once I got back my car was ready and I told him what Jasmine said and he knew what he was talking about and made sure with the manager I could use my 3 services that were left. Last time I had several things that were reccomended and did not do any of them and brian made sure I know what was the most important thing to have done to my car to maintain the health. I was more willing to pay what he had reccomended having a 1 year old and limited on funds than doing 400$ worth of mantance that my husband knew my car could probably go without for the moment. I knew I needed an allignment and so did my husband. I will use brian in the future and not work with any other service representative. I wasnt coming back to toyota after being done with maintance I payed for but brian has changed my mind. Great coustomer service from him! Elizabeth C 8/23/18
