Great Ride, but where's my Toyota points

Professional prompt service. But I had to pay full price for my oil change because I couldn't pull up the email Toyota care points had sent me a coupon foe $21.99 for an oil change and tire rotation due to points I had accumulated. The service agent had know idea of how to find my points. This needs to be fixed.
