Mr Brown has provided maintenance service for my car for half a decade. This is my experience and observation: (1) he is completely focussed and provides undivided attention to each client and will not be distracted by anything else; (2) he has an extensive knowledge of the vehicles under his care; (3) his demeanour remains calm, even though his schedule is relentless; (4) his service is oldstyle, quality oriented, and classicly American.
