Crown Honda

This is my first brand new car purchase and I must admit I was a little worried about how it was going to be since my experience at dealerships in Puerto Rico was horrible. In PR every seller is like a shark and they literally just want to rush you into buying a car and signing the papers. I also visited other Honda dealers in the area but they didn't inspired the same confidence I got when I walked into Crown Honda. At Crown Honda the whole process was done patiently, never was I pushed into any decision and the financial department was very transparent with what they were doing. Michael Wolf showed me around the car and it's features. While working on the papers he explained me all the details and kept me updated on the status while offering me drinks. At car delivery he guided me through the car settings and taught me what everything did. He also explained me how to take care of it in terms of cleaning and maintenance. Bottom line I can gladly recommend him if you are planning to purchase the car because he made everything a calm and great experience thus making the hour drive worth it. I'm happy with the whole experience. It felt like dealing with friends, it felt safe and calm. I never felt like I was a sells number or an expendable customer.
