onWe had really two choices for a replacement for our 2003 Yukon XL, The 2017 Acadia Denali was the one we went with. Overall, we had a great experience with this dealership. Everyone was friendly and non-pushy. The sales staff was knowledgeable, and the finance experience was among the best I've ever had in terms of time spent and 'suggested' add-ons.
We wanted an AWD version which are tough to obtain in FL in the winter, for some reason, so we had to order. The order process went well, but delivery was not as smooth as it could have been.
In our excitement to take delivery of our vehicle, we drove it home before we or it was ready. We had neglected to bring all our papers and the extra keys for our trade. The new vehicle was missing dealer-installed options (mud flaps, no biggie), the owner's manual and the extra RKE. This mutual snafu necessitated extra trips to the dealer. Of course, in the driver's seat of a new vehicle, this was not altogether unpleasant. Again, this was probably our fault, so I don't blame the sales staff or the service department. In fact, kudos to the dealer for allowing us to drive off in a vehicle that technically wasn't ours yet!
If I could, I would change one thing about the dealership. I would move it to a larger and more accessible location, preferably closer to west Orange County. It's in a part of town that is inconvenient to reach at the best of times, and downright difficult with ANY type of traffic.
