Dishonest Advertising

Watch out, dealer advertized in Sunday Newspaper that Cadillacs had 0% Financing for 72 months. Their Website said the same. After they lure you in, they tell you it is only on select models. They then wanted to take my trade in at wholesale value even though it was in excellent condition. Deceptive-Beware.

Dealer Response
The 0% for 72 months was on select vehicles and was a Cadillac national advertisement. There was a disclaimer at the bottom of the newspaper explaining that the offer was on select models. I do apologize for any misunderstanding that the ad may have caused you. It is not our intenrtion for the ad to be preceived as deceptive. In reference to your trade-in value. Generally we use sites such as Kelly Blue Book to gather a trade-in value and use these or comparable sites to use as a guide line for the trade-in value on vehicles. As a dealer we can not give you retail for a trade as the vehicle has to go through our shop to be safety inspected amoung other things. We do apologize again for any misunderstanding or misinterpretation.
