Surprise! A Great Experience.

onWe recently purchaseda 2013 SRX from this dealership.
Our first contact was by e-mail to the Internet Manager, Ron B., who responded promptly and arranged an appointment with us.
Our actual salesman was Jack K.
He could not have been more pleasant knowledgeable, or helpful than he was. He was enthusiastic about the quality of the car we were thinking about without a trace of aggressiveness or high pressure. His friendliness, knowledge,
and courtesy went a long way in helping us in our decision to buy from Sullivan.
We had researched our trade-in beforehand
and had a good idea of its value. The bid he and his crew made on our trade-in was so fair that we accepted it without quibble.
Our session with the Finance Officer, John, was the most pleasant we've ever had.
He disposed of the interminable paperwork efectively and pleasantly.
When we finally took possession of the vehicle, Jack K. was once again there to walk us through a basic understanding of the intracacies of a very complrx interactive touchscreen.
He patiently answered our many questions, offering us some tips on the best use of the screen.
Car buying is a high-stress situation.
The people at Sullivan Cadillac did a very good job at taking the stress out of it.
I would unhesitatingly buy
my next car from these people.
