I had the pleasure of Bruno picking up my call 10 minutes to closing on a Saturday night. I was interested in two specific vehicles. With enthusiasm, he checked the system and both models were still available. I mentioned to him that I would be coming from Palm Beach County in the morning, he courteously put me on hold to make sure the keys for both models were still at the dealership. Luckily, one of the vehicles was still available. I made an appointment when the dealership opened at 10 AM. Upon arriving after an hour drive south, Bruno was there to greet me. He went above and beyond to make sure this car buying experience was as smooth as possible. He was extremely thorough and made sure I left the dealership 110% happy with my 2016 Chevy Cruze Premier. This was my first experience with Miami Lakes Auto Mall, but definitely not my last. Overall, Bruno is a great asset to the company and because of him, we will be back!
