It has been slightly over a year and I am still loving my Toyota Tacoma! In November of 2013, I had been searching for a double cab truck that was small enough for economic purposes, yet large enough to carry some precious cargo (my grandkids). I browsed your used inventory and found exactly what I had in mind. I received immediate response from two Internet salespeople. I was drawn to the one by Kez Ford. Not only did he go the extra step to assure the vehicle was in stock, but he seemed genuinely sincere about earning my business, without the "pushy pitch" that intimidates many people. (Yes, "Sometimes more is less" is my favorite quote.) Upon my reply via email, he immediately provided a quote, which astounded me, because it was so quick. Having checked my trade in value and "KBB" value of the Tacoma, I responded with a counter-offer. He worked diligently with administration to meet me somewhat in the middle. Wow! How could I not love that? I came on site the next day and Mr. Ford brought my vehicle through a maze of vehicles so that I could test drive it. Of course I loved this truck! But, Mr.Ford made my experience comfortable. Being a single woman, purchasing a vehicle can be somewhat intimidating. It was not at all that way this time. He stayed late working diligently with Finance and made certain I was at ease with any questions or concerns while waiting. He was very knowledgeable about the mechanical aspect of the Tacoma. He stayed late to finalize my purchase. Which was greatly appreciated, as I had to work the next day. This was my third vehicle purchased from Roundtree Moore over the years and this was by far my best experience. I would strongly recommend Kez Ford to anyone that appreciates the "not-in-your-face" type of salesman. Personally speaking, that is intimidating to me. He has the personality that makes you at ease. Mr. Ford kept in contact after the purchase to assure my satisfaction and to follow up on customary issues. I am very pleased with my vehicle and service.
