I have never had such service at a dealership. Fred and Greg spent time with me, I never felt rushed or that I was being lied to. The whole time they were honest with me. They treated both my Grandma and me like family. Before Greg let me leave the dealership he sat with me in the car and explained everything to me. I felt like I actually knew my car and how to drive it, instead of fumbling with buttons and things while driving down the road. I know that if I had a question I could call either one of them up and they would help me figure out what was going on. I love my car and I don't plan on getting rid of it for a long time, but when I do, I will be going back to Jim Browne Chevy of Dade City (well that is as long as Greg and/or Fred are still there).
