Outstanding, convenient service

I have purchased 3 Audis from Valenti and have had outstanding service on all of them. They have always been able to provide me with convenient appointments, timely response to my questions and gotten me out the door quickly. The cars are always washed and vacuumed when I pick them up, I am treated respectfully and they have never tried to BS me on service items. Best Audi service in the state.

I've been a customer at Valenti, first with a VW, then two Audis, then two more VWs. That's over more than 12 years. I don't think I ever had a bad experience. But I have had a whole bunch of good ones. What's best is that they hire nice people who never insult your intelligence. And they do what they say. I certainly intend to continue buying and servicing my cars there in the future.
