Efficient service department

onWe are visiting in CT and my SRX indicates an oil change service is due and there is a problem with the passenger side front tire. Yes, I have the car equivalent of a smart phone. My wife took the car in for service and I was expecting to pay; but no. The oil change and service are part of my warranty so no charge. I was surprised as I have had other high end cars under service warranty only to find being out-of-state meant sorry,you pay. And all tires were checked and adjusted as needed. So kudos to my service advisor Ivan C. and to the courtesy he showed to my wife.
