Do not plan on car being ready in a reasonable amount of time.

My wife made and appointment to get her oil changed, we were told to bring it in at 11am, we arrived at 10:30 and dropped it off. We went out to do some errands and CALLED them about 1:45 and said we were coming back down to pick it up. we got there about 3:10 and the car was still sitting outside, my wife went in to see if it was ready. This guy Paul P. told my wife they were working on it?? Really it was outside. she got a little upset and THEN they pulled it in. So he lied to her or had no clue what he was talking about. I got upset and wanted to talk to the service manager, after finding him, he said well sorry we take the customers in order unless someone wants to wait for their car. So I asked why do you have appointment times?? I told him over 4 hours was unacceptable for an oil change. he was very snotty and rushed away. I had told him we had things to do and that is why we called first to let them know we were on our way to pick it up. I went to speak to the General Manager, but as I thought he was unavailable, so I spoke to the sales manager, who told me he would speak to the General Manager and call me back. No call..... Don't take your car there for any kind of service unless you can kill a whole day. Quick lube in Uncasville can get it done in 15 mins. and no appointment. The service dept. and Valenti Dodge needs to hire something other then kids who want to play on their cell phones and have no regard for customers time or commitments.
