Very good customer focus

I have been taking my car to New Country for service for three years. I bought the extended service option, so have never had to pay for the work, but they have always been very good communicators, and have not hesitated to perform any service indicated. While they are the closest dealership, they are still a good hike from where I live and work so I always reserve online and indicate that I will wait for the service. I work while I wait, and while environment is not great for that, the staff are always friendly and attentive, and there are snacks and coffee available. I have never had anything but great service and great interactions with their personable staff.
