onI bought a brand new Honda Odyssey at 2012 from Cardinal Honda dealership,The previous manager Mark suggest me to add on the insurance,and he said if you didn't use the insurance after you paid off the loan,you can get your money back,and I believe it ,now at April 2015 I paid off the loan and call the insurance company they said I can't have full money refund even If I am not use the insurance ,they said I can only have $278.14 back ,how ever it was my first time buying car so I don't know is the manager lie to me or not ,and I said ok so when can I have my money back? The insurance company said they will mail the check to the dealership,At 4/7/2015 I faxed the tittle ,the bank letter to the dealership and notice them I was already paid off the loan,I was waiting the refund check ,talk to the manager Chris,he said it will take about 8 weeks to recieve my check,now it has been 3 months,I called 6 times already, every time I called ,Chris said it is processing now ,you should recieve in a week,is that funny? Bad Service,never recommend here!!!!!
