onQuick Lane Manager Mitch Ross was AMAZING. He really went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I had a tire blow and they towed my car to Sill-Terhar Quick Lane. Mitch remembered me from about 8 months ago when I was last in. It was a late on Thursday just before closing, and the tire I needed wasn't in stock. I had to rent a car for $50/day and was afraid I'd need it for 5 or 6 days (it was just before Labor Day weekend). Mitch scrambled to get me the tire I needed by 4:30 pm the next day, and even gave me a ride from Avis when I dropped off my rental. It made him late for dinner but he did it with a smile. He really made me feel like a valued customer.
