onThe service man frank, was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a stressful mixup when it came to utilizing the offsite rental company which failed in communication skills with another in house service technician when he came to which car I was authorized to use for a three day weekend which ended up being over five days. I was told I would be responsible for the sales tax and the upgrade fees. The only reason I needed the upgrade is because I had six people in my family and they were only willing to provide me with a sedan that seats only 5 or a pick up truck which is not the same as an SUV. I have not heard from anyone so I called on Wednesday when my car was said to be finished, I called and spoke to Frank, explained my situation and he handled it all with no fees being charged to me and my car was ready the following day. I fear that if the other technician was my service man things may not have ended the same way.
