Tracy Mazda

I had been driving for the past 4 hours with 2 toddlers in the car. When we pulled up to a stop light my car started smoking out the hood. After pulling over and realizing it wasn't on fire but something was definitely wrong I called the Tracy Mazda service department nearby. Even though they were closing soon they said I could bring the car by to get check out. It turns out the place I had taken my car previously for an oil change forgot to put the cap back on. I had oil all over the engine from the long drive. Tracy Mazda cleaned up the engine, topped off my oil, and replaced the cap all for FREE! While we waited they had a play area for my kids to be entertained. I was able to complete the drive home without having to worry about my car. I would definitely return to this dealership for any other car needs that may arise. Thank you so much Tracy Mazda I was one very worried mom that you completely took care of.
