Recall repair FAIL

onBrought 3 yr old van in for factory recall repairs. Transmission reprogram, ABS cover replace and brake seal replacement. Wife drove it 2 blocks before trouble started. She pulled over into a parking lot and it would not move anymore. I called the service dept and asked them to stay open b/c we were bringing it back. I got in and the brakes were locked, the pedal was hard and it smelled like burnt pads. We went back to dealer without the van, they called a tow truck for us. We went back to the van to wait. The driver got in drove it around the parking lot. I got in and nursed it back to the dealer, brake pedal was hard and it felt like it would lock up any second so I only used the parking brake. Dropped it off and am hoping there is no damage and they fix it all. I will update this post after all is resolved.
