Maita Subaru

I bought a WRX hassle-free via the Internet sales department in 2004. I go there regularly for oil changes on Saturday mornings which range somewhere between $25-30. It can get busy (they open at 7:30 am and if you get there right at opening there are usually 5-6 people waiting already.) I've never had any problems and the service is, in general, reasonably fast. They offer to run the car through their car wash but this will take quite a bit longer. It isn't a detailing -- it's more of a quick touch-free rinse. The waiting area is decent, with wireless internet access, telephones, flat-screen television, and free coffee. There was a warranty issue about 6 months ago involving the idler pulley. They fixed it in a day and gave me a loaner so that there was minimal disruption. I was pleased with their courteous and professional service. Lea Caputo is the service adviser there and she's great. Fast, friendly, efficient. What more could you ask for?
