Not Easy to Work With

onBought my Pontiac from these guys a few years back only because they were the nearest dealership. Service wasn't great but I tolerated because I used the GM Supplier Discount, so no negotiation required.
Now I wanted to buy a new Pontiac and I used Edmund's get a price quote feature and these guys won't email me a quote. We talked on the phone - bottomline, they wanted me to come in. When pressed for a price, they'd just quote MSRP-rebates. I did tell them I'm getting quotes from other dealers to which they're willing to compete.
Now I feel bad taking my business to a dealer who undercuts another dealer who is upfront and hassle-free. So I think I'm taking my business to another dealer who is further away and I'll probably end up paying a bit more.

Whats so wrong with paying MSRP minus factory rebates? Do you not feel the vehicle your purchasing is worth the price? Then don't buy it. Your upset because a dealer thinks MSRP is a fair value?...How many dealerships were you going to price shop?... What other item/commodity is open to negoiation like cars?... Give me a break..
