I recently leased a 2013 Buick Encore from Alexander GMC Buick Cadillac. The experience overall exceeded my expectations. The recommendations made by the salesman (Brandon B.) were tailored to my individuals needs and budget. He educated me on the lease versus the purchase options and answered a multitude of questions to my satisfaction. The sales manager also followed up by ensuring I understood all of the choices I made and sold me on the smart lease option, which fit my needs. My new Encore was delivered in pristine condition with a full tank of gas and I was given a very fair price on my trade-in. Brandon was both professional and personable as he demonstrated how to use all of the features of my new car and helped me set everything up. This is truly the best car I've had so far in my adult life and the first time I've made a major decision with a company that is so easy to do business with. Again, overall this experience was very positive.
