Wow, what an easy transaction and fantastic experience with this dealership. I sent out an Edmunds request for a price quote on the new 2012 X5 and although there were a couple of dealerships that sent in slightly lower quotes, Paul Bailey from McKenna ended up getting the business because of his no-nonsense attitude and professionalism. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions willingly and easily. He did not try to pressure or upsell me on anything and had me in and out of the dealership in no time at all. He even made good on a verbal agreement regarding my trade-in and honored that without me having to remind him. Sean Koga in finance was also fantastic and easy to work with. At the end of the day, their prices were lower than the other dealers when taking into account my trade-in. Paul and Sean made purchasing a car from McKenna BMW one of the better car buying experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quick, headache-free buying experience.
