Great deal and dealer ask for Nasser he's the best

I buy a lot of things online,even cars South county Lexus was a great experience I was shopping for a new 2016 rx350, I live in Tucson az, the dealers here don't give much of a discount. I found SCL on line giving about a 10% discount on the year end Model and sent them a e mail at about 9pm On a Friday night, Nasser replayed in about 10 mins, he then proceeded to answer all my questions, including telling me about the rebate. Very up front very transparent. We continued to email through sat. My wife andI got up early on Sunday and drove to SClexuxs on Sunday arriving get about 2pm Nasser was out front helping a customer and Recognize us from our trade in and introduced himself, after he finished helping that customer he took us out to see some rx350s that we had emailed about, went for a test drive and then went to his office. There was no pressure and no trying to upsell Paper work was started and it reflected what we had emailed no surprises Then off to the finance guy.. we were paying cash but still a lot of paper work ,Cam was great,then back to the car for a lesson on all the options,they set up Bluetooth,and the garage door opener and a quick lesson on the computer,and off we went back to Tucson It was a long day Time at the dealership was about 3 hours The only complaint was about the trade in. My wife had a 2009 350 rx and about a year after see bought it another car ran into the rear of her car.Beware, the car fax type report said it had structural damage,it had slight structural damage, the air bags didn't deploy had no injuries ,but because of the car fax report the trade in value was low, Her car looked good, and the damage had been fixed, but it's valued was mared by this report and there is no way to appeal even if it was fixed by an expert and driven for 6 years The good part was even though the car fax reportsouth countyLexus did raise their trade in value and we made the deal.they will work with you Because of car fax we lost 3-4 thousand dollars. So the score 1 . Nasser the sales guy 5stars,very nice, easy to work with ,honest, lived up to what he agreeded to,knowledgeable a pleasure to work with,hard working,south county Lexus IS lucky to have him 2.South county Lexus,5 stars, clean dealership, lots of inventory to chose from ,several cars in each price range,easy to get to off i5, and excellent pricing...and did I say excellent pricing 3.The drive, omg 6.5 hours each way, the bad traffic on I5,the rain,but the savings..about $4,000 +over the az pricing Very small dealer fees about $100 vs 6-800 In Az ,so even more savings 4.over all it was great,no pressure,great price and a visit to calif So if you need a Lexus go see Nasser at South county Lexus
