Terrible customer service

After you buy a car @ Calstar, the customer service is non-existent! They switched the brake lines on the hydraulic control assembly of my Mercedes, causing it to dangerously swerve to the right and increasing brake time, but they refused to take responsibility for it and were extremely rude and condescending. I will NEVER give them my business again.
