The customer service here was awesome. I had already made an appointment to purchase my car from another dealership, but at the last second I received an email from the GM of this dealership and he was able to beat my lowest quoted price by $150! The entire purchasing process was smooth and fast. Michael P. took care of me from the second I walked into the dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and not pushy at all. It was an overall pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone. They are completely professional and seem to actually care about the buyer's happiness. Before I drove the car off the lot, I noticed a few minor scratches on the interior trim and voiced my displeasure to Michael. The next day he emailed me to bring my car back into the dealership to replace the flawed piece with a brand new piece. I was very happy that his customer service and it does feel like he constantly kept going out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Overall, great dealership and great people working there. From Ken the GM, to Michael my sales associate, the people here are amazing!
