Came in without an appointment. Service rep was helping me but when I came inside and when service rep Rodney saw me in mediately greeted me and asked could he take over from the other service provider. You listen to my problems. Told me I was lucky that we have that part on site and he noticed that I was due for service. Took the shuttle home. Rodney called me later with results of checking my car and found other problems and I told him to take care of it as always. The car was ready before 2 PM mechanics estimate. Called a shuttle driver pick me up car is ready when I got to dealership. As always I had great service at AutoNation Honda Fremont.
