Bad experience

onThis dealer did not honor what the sales person said he would give . We waited 4 hours . Our information was not confidential due to other sales representives gathering around our info at a computer . We were promised by manny that we would be contacted by a manager Julio about our problems . Never got a call . Our contract signing was a headache with mistakes , unproffesional follow up . Sales representive knew nothing or how to explain anything . There is no communication within that team they call themselves when we were being called by different people for the same issue ( asked to go in and sing contract ) . Our credit was ten multiple times and days without us knowing . I would not recommend this dealership . Poor service and no follow up to better assist .
