Made an appointment a day ahead for a recall notice I recieved for a faulty brake light switch. First off they seemed to had not have any record of my appointment and almost turned me away, but I was lucky to have it serviced anyway after pleading with them. The service also included a multi-point inspection. After waiting an hour it was done and I was on my way. This was on a Saturday. I drove alot after the service and come Tuesday after work a co-worker just happen to be behind me and let me know I had no brake lights. So I contact the service department and speak with Joe Louis a service writer. I bring the car in the very next day and when I explian what has happened Joe Louis advises me that it could not be the brake light switch that was just replaced all the brake lights could go out all at once. joes attiude at this point is getting hositile. After going back and forth with Joe outside I told him I didnt deserve to be treated like this and Joe told me "He didnt care what I thought about the way he was treating me" After that I asked to speak with the manager and Joe stormed off to find him. After an hour of being ignorned I finally was approched by a manager who then asked me to please forget what happened and start over with him. Not even getting a sorry. It was all about there C.S.I. rating. I never got an apoligie and it was the brake light switch that had cuased the lights to go out. I wasnt connected all the way. Wouldnt the mutli-point inspection that was supposed to be done revelled that there where no brake lights?
