Lexus of Serramonte

I went there just on a whim to see what was there to replace my car. The only vehicles they had in my price range were wrecks and disgustingly dirty. One car had some major body damage and they didn’t bother trying to pop any dents or even was the car. Another mini van had a huge bleach spot in front near the dash. When I asked what the deal was with that huge spot, “that’s the way it came” the sales guy replied. My thoughts, someone crashed and made a bloody mess and someone “spilled” to cover it up. Not sure but the fact remains that they put out dirty and damaged cars on the lot with no cares. I will pass by this place with out second thought.
