Browning made a legitimate effort to do a good job with my service. And to their credit, there's no evidence that they did anything but a fantastic job. The car ran well, even if their prices were slightly higher than other Mazda dealers'. The facilities are pleasant, and if you like to window-shop while you wait for your car, Browning's location is prime. However, the one time I questioned their work, I didn't receive a service survey; I find this fishy because I had problems with my sale at the same dealership and likewise didn't receive a survey. It's hearsay, but that experience, along with lower prices elsewhere, caused me to switch to another Mazda dealer.
