Audi North Scottsdale

Audi should be ashamed of the service offered at this dealership. I was forced to work with 3 different service writers at this dealership and NONE of them had a working knowledge of my vehicle, they were unable to explain to me what the problem was or what needed to be done to fix it. When I pressed for answers to my questions I was told not to worry, "its under warranty" Their "senior" service guy was a total jerk and lied to me several times. Service was not done on-time, updates were not available and multiple calls and emails to the "Service Manager" went unanswered. This was my first Audi, and after experiencing such poor service, it will be my last. If you read this and choose to give these people your business, I guarantee you it will come back to haunt you...and you have been warned.
