Pleasing Experience thanks to MONTY DYKE

onWhen your purchasing a new car the use of words, "Pleasing Experience" sounds ridiculous, but it was. I've been purchasing new cars for 50+ years and this was an entirely new experience. On June 4, 2015 I purchased a new COROLLA LE ECO Plus at BIG TWO TOYOTA. And thanks to MONTY DYKE, my sales consultant, along with the Sales Mgr. and Finance Mgr., I came away very happy and impressed.
Prior to shopping for this vehicle I had researched the pricing (MSRP, Dealer Cost, Trade-in values, etc.), so I was prepared as to what exactly I was willing to pay. But, I still was not looking forward to the actual purchasing experience. I had appointments at two other dealers and Big Two was an impulse stop, and my only stop.
When I met Monty I told him exactly what car I wanted and what I was willing and not willing to pay for. Also, what I wanted on my trade-in. We talked to the Sale Manager, Angel Romero, and after a little pleasant bargaining I was shown exactly what I wanted, with some extras I didn't even expect, at a price I was more than happy with.
Monty Dyke is one of the most pleasant, informed and customer oriented car salesmen I have ever met. Nice job Monty and Big Two !!!!
